Shipping policy

We process and ship most orders within 2 business days from the time your order is placed assuming the product is available. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from processing times.

Processing Time: Depending on the size of your order or if it is around a major holiday, that may affect the processing time of your order. 

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once it is made available to us by the carrier.

Carrier: All parcel shipments are handled through UPS.  We may use other carriers for shipments of a pallet or more at our discretion.
